How does delivery work?
We deliver throughout Switzerland. Details on shipping options, costs and delivery times are in our shipping policy.
Can I view or collect a model beforehand?
We don't have a public showroom. Collection or viewing is only possible by prior written arrangement – please contact us in advance.
How do I report a warranty or complaint case?
Via the contact form, WhatsApp or email. Your order number helps, along with a short description and photos or a short video. We review the case and agree the next steps with you.
Can I return my order?
Returns and refunds follow our return policy. Please contact us beforehand so we can coordinate the case.
Are the e-scooters road-legal in Switzerland?
Whether a model is approved for public roads differs from vehicle to vehicle. You will find the details for each model in its product description; if you have questions, we are happy to advise you before you buy.
What warranty applies?
Our vehicles come with a 2-year warranty. The terms that apply to your purchase are binding. If you have questions, we will review your specific case.
Which payment methods can I use?
The payment methods available are shown in the checkout. The methods currently accepted are also listed in the footer.
How long do I have to request a return?
Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving the goods. A return is only possible with prior written approval from Swiss Scoots. The product must be unused, undamaged, complete and in its original packaging.
Where is my order shipped from?
Depending on availability, we ship from a warehouse in Switzerland or from a warehouse in the EU. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days.
Do you offer spare parts and accessories?
Yes. You will find spare parts and accessories in the relevant categories in the shop. If you are unsure which part fits, write to us with your model and order number – we will check it for you.
