Returns

In Switzerland there is no statutory right of return. However, we offer returns voluntarily – after prior written approval.

  • Request within 14 days of receipt
  • Product unused, undamaged, complete in original packaging with all accessories

Ridden, assembled or damaged products as well as used e-scooters are excluded. Details in the refund policy.

Warranty & guarantee

Every new device comes with the statutory warranty under Swiss law – 2 years from receipt. If a material or manufacturing defect shows up in that time, we take care of it and find a fair solution – repair, spare part or replacement.

And if something fails after longer use? We won't leave you on your own either: if a component such as the controller fails after a while, we look at your case personally and often offer a goodwill solution like a spare part or a repair – even where there is no legal claim.

Small cosmetic things: fine scratches or minimal colour/surface variations are normal and not a defect. Visible damage when unboxing? No problem – just let us know before your first ride, with a few photos, and we'll sort it out easily.

Not covered are wear parts (e.g. tyres, brake pads) and damage from falls, moisture, overloading or tuning. If anything comes up, reach us via the contact page with your order number, a short description and photos – we'll help you quickly.

Battery & range

The battery is the heart of your scooter, and we want you to enjoy it for a long time. A few honest facts:

Every lithium battery loses a little capacity over time – that's completely normal and happens with every phone and e-vehicle. A loss of up to 15% in the first year is technically normal and not a defect.

A sudden failure is something entirely different – for example if the battery no longer charges at all. If a genuine material or manufacturing defect is behind it, that is of course a warranty case and we'll take care of it.

Tip for a long service life: charge with the original charger, don't store it permanently at 100% or fully empty, and keep the scooter dry.

Local pickup

In addition to nationwide shipping, pickup is also possible. It's best to contact us in advance via the contact page so we can confirm the availability of your desired model and arrange an appointment.

Which model suits me?

Not sure which e-scooter is right for you? We advise you free of charge. Use the advice form on the home page and briefly tell us what matters to you (range, speed, budget, intended use) – we'll recommend a suitable model from our range.

Spare parts & accessories

We stock matching accessories such as chargers, locks and phone mounts – found in the accessories category. For spare parts for a specific model, contact us via the contact page and we'll check availability.

Swiss road approval

Whether a scooter is allowed on public roads depends on power and speed. eKFV models are designed for legal everyday use, while powerful performance models are generally for private grounds only.

The specific classification is stated with each product. You are responsible for operation on public property.
